GTM Enablement Manager
This role operates at the center of go-to-market productivity, designing and executing programs that accelerate how sales, customer success, and solutions engineering teams ramp, master AI-native products, and drive revenue impact. Unlike general training roles, GTM Enablement Managers build scalable systems—onboarding journeys, certification frameworks, content libraries, and feedback loops—that keep fast-moving GTM organizations aligned and effective as products evolve. They typically sit within a lean, high-ownership enablement or productivity function, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations to translate complex AI capabilities into field-ready narratives, playbooks, and hands-on training that demonstrably improve seller performance and deal velocity.

Implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation tools to scale content creation, knowledge distribution, and enablement delivery
Creating scalable demo environments, proof-of-concept repositories, and hands-on labs that enable rapid customization and skill building
Building agent-first and technical deep-dive content that helps sellers understand complex AI product capabilities and use cases
Designing agentic workflows and AI-native content experiences that improve field readiness and knowledge retention
Establishing quality inspection mechanisms and monitoring systems that connect enablement outcomes to seller performance and customer impact
Developing partner enablement strategies that serve channel partners, alliances, and GSI organizations with tailored programs and technical support
Communicating enablement strategy and updates with clear executive presence to senior leadership and large audiences
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with GTM leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Gathering requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholder expectations across competing priorities and regional needs
Leading and developing high-performing teams of enablement program managers and trainers with clear coaching and performance management
Staying close to frontline execution by observing calls, providing real-time feedback, and capturing field insights to continuously improve programs
Demonstrating curiosity and deep subject matter expertise in industry trends, competitive positioning, and technical product knowledge
