Sourcing and recruiting candidates with specialized technical expertise in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and security
Understanding AI and machine learning talent landscapes, including emerging roles and skill requirements
Evaluating technical portfolios and assessing specialized competencies in hardware, firmware, and AI systems
Adapting recruiting strategies for mission-driven and defense technology organizations with unique talent needs
Communicating clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Building trust and strong working relationships with hiring managers, team members, and candidates
