Maintaining warehouse organization, labeling systems, and visual controls for efficient material flow

Processing returns, reverse logistics, and return merchandise authorization workflows

Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently

Implementing and managing asset lifecycle tracking and certification processes

Managing customs documentation, export regulations, and trade compliance for international shipments

Preparing export documentation including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses

Supporting new partner and location onboarding into logistics and asset management systems

Designing and optimizing material flow processes and warehouse layouts using lean principles and value stream mapping

Managing insurance claims, renewals, and risk mitigation strategies for company assets

Coordinating with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless operations

Identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations

Responding quickly to material shortages and production bottlenecks to prevent line stoppages

Monitoring key performance indicators such as on-time shipment rates, accuracy metrics, and damage rates

Leading and mentoring warehouse and logistics teams while managing workforce performance and safety

Establishing standard operating procedures and documentation for inventory and logistics operations
