About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

About The Team

The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. We select, configure, secure, and operate the technology Legora's employees touch every day: laptops, AV, physical access, the global Meraki and Tailscale network spine, and the SaaS application portfolio. We own the device, network, and applications estate that every employee depends on, and we set the standards for how it is run across all of Legora's locations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run day-to-day IT operations for a Legora office or region: endpoint management, on-site support, vendor coordination, and new-site buildouts.

  • Own a portfolio of SaaS systems end-to-end — lifecycle, configuration, governance, procurement input, capacity planning, integrations health.

  • Be the named system owner accountable for the B/C/D plan on each in-scope asset.

  • Operate the global office network and zero-trust mesh, and the cloud firewall rules and segmentation that sit alongside it.

  • Partner with the Helpdesk team on Tier-2 escalations and with Information Security on identity, network, and SaaS controls.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of relevant experience. Project-driven, comfortable owning scope end-to-end.

  • A builder — you like setting standards, automating drudgery, and making the next office buildout cleaner than the last.

  • Clear judgement on trade-offs between speed, security, and cost when configuring real systems for real users.

  • Comfortable working across teams and locations; you take ownership of your portfolio rather than waiting to be told what to fix.

  • Ambitious about deepening your craft — you keep up with how the modern workplace stack evolves and want to be hands-on with it.

Optional Experiences

  • macOS and Windows administration at scale (MDM, Intune, security baselines).

  • Networking fundamentals — VPN, firewalls, DNS, office-network design.

  • Cloud network security across AWS, Azure, and GCP; infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi or Terraform).

  • DNS, BGP, and mTLS / certificate fundamentals.

  • SaaS administration — IAM, SAML / SCIM, vendor management, lifecycle management.

  • Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, 1Password, Lumos, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and CrowdStrike.

  • Experience with Neat video conferencing, Tailscale, Zoom, Meraki, and Verkada.
