Nasdaq-listed (NBIS) full-stack AI cloud infrastructure company, formerly the international arm of Yandex. Nebius designs and operates large-scale GPU data centers across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, offering NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, and GB200 NVL72 clusters with InfiniBand networking, managed Kubernetes and Slurm orchestration, and serverless inference via Token Factory. The company secured a $700M financing round in late 2024 from NVIDIA and Accel, followed by a $1B convertible bond raise, and has since signed multiyear AI-cloud capacity agreements with Microsoft (worth up to $19.4B over five years) and Meta (up to $15B), alongside a further $2B investment from NVIDIA in early 2026 — lifting its contracted backlog above $46B. Nebius Group also holds stakes in ClickHouse, Toloka, Avride, and TripleTen.
