Common Room operates an AI-native go-to-market platform that unifies first-party customer data with real-world buying signals into a single system of buyer intelligence, using AI agents to capture signals, resolve identities, prioritize accounts, and orchestrate outbound at scale. Founded in 2020 by CEO Linda Lian (formerly of AWS and Madrona) with co-founders drawn from Dropbox and Facebook, the company is headquartered in Seattle. Customers include Asana, Confluent, and HubSpot. Common Room had raised roughly $53M from investors including Index Ventures, Greylock, and Madrona Venture Group. In July 2026, Zoom acquired Common Room to add buyer intelligence to its AI revenue platform; the deal, announced and closed in July 2026, brought CEO Linda Lian and the Common Room team to Zoom.
